We can provide a full delivery / setup / collection service to any location or venue in or around Glasgow and we have experience of working in most of the cities major concert, confererence & exhibition spaces. Please note that a charge will be made for LCD delivery and collection, which will depend upon the distance from our Glasgow retail premises situated at G31 4UG and the time of delivery / collection.

Our hire stock of LCD beamers includes both SVGA & XGA models, and we will be happy to provide larger beamers if required. In addition to our rental stock of XGA & SVGA beamers we have a full range of acessories, the most commonly required being projection screens of some type. Most commonly used are tripod screens, although we have pull-down "toblerone style" screens, and fast-folds, all of which are available in various sizes. If its not listed on our stock pages then please contact us as we will be able to source it for you at a competitive rate. We have a full range of DVD players (with remotes) and VHS cassette players available for hire in conjunction with or digital data beamers. All relevant cables are generally supplied free of charge with a data beamer & accessory hire, although for jobs with extreme cabling requirements an appropriate charge will be levied.


Please note that our LCD beamers and other conference projectors are not equipped with speakers, therefore applications requiring audio playback will require an external system to be provided which we will be happy to help with - Price will be dependant upon the size of system required but we will be happy to provide any size of system as appropriate through one of our partner companies.

Payment & booking info: Please be advised that we will require written confirmation of all hire(s) on headed notepaper if appropriate. Full payment will be required upon collection from our retail premises or delivery / setup at the venue. Payment must be in cash or by cheque made out in GBP sterling. Technical Data: SVGA data beamers offer a native resolution of 800 pixels wide by 600 pixels high. XGA data beamers offer a native resoultion of 1024 pixels by 768 pixels. All our projectors will re-interpret a wide range of non native input resolutions with only a slight degradation of image quality. Brightness of digital beamers is measured in ANSI lumens although we have found that the cheaper projectors with a high advertised ANSI lumens rating (eg 2500) are not as bright as our base machines (officially rated at 1500 lumens). All our beamers are of a high quality, offering high brightness ratings. We will be happy to advise you on what we feel is required for your application.
